I’m building Asante OS because autonomy without lineage is a liability. Models and agents are getting faster; accountability is not. Teams need a control plane that treats evidence as infrastructure — not a slide in a demo.
The product posture is deliberate: private / hosted now. An open-core path comes later, when the self-host minimum is real enough that shipping a public core wouldn’t be theater. We will not pretend the product is open source today.
We’re dogfooding on PavedIT (career matching) first. If Asante OS can’t produce accountable recommendations there, it doesn’t deserve a broader mandate.
